Hi guys,

I am looking at dropping the chassis (without the black hoop) to de rust it and re-spray it. Am I right in thinking that if I remove; the pedals, bottom bracket, 4 body-chassis screws, four nuts securing the rear 'hoop' to the chassis, control box, motor & snip the various cable ties holding the wiring (to keep the wiring with the body) the chassis should come out the bottom? I have a bicycle lift/ramp type thing which I could use to lift the body off with the wiring.

Hi don't forget the steering stem /handle bars /brake cables .Also under the back light there 2 screws to undo if you want to take of the back hoop you will find it easier to lift the body off without it ..
good luck ...Chas

They are quite easy when you get going, I am on my 3rd refurb. If you can do the re-build of a jag engine you will have no problems. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Have fun...................Lance
