Chas I have a good source for plastic sheets here in Leeds but you may have similar suppliers down there. Do we really need to use what appear to be 2"wide slots hence expensive 2" webbing when I'm sure 1" webbing would be more than adequate and 1" slots less work to make? Of course for originality we could stick with 2"
Once I have sight of an original side screen and I will be able to calculate the price for a pair.

At present we are only looking at making side panels which will be available in blue green red yellow orange red black maroon purple or cream. They will differ from the originals in that instead of the 2 large plastic clips with wide elastic they will be fitted with plastic hooks with narrower but sufficient elastic and the velcro strips will be either white or black rather than the same colour as the fabric. This serves to keep the cost down to £60/pair including postage.
Once we have sight of the tonneau we may well be able to make that  item too
