It is a "D.I.Y" job, click on the link (also shown on page 1), save the document and alter the serial number to suit your own c5. Print it off and use some clear sticky back plastic to stick it on.

im in the same situation, I don't have my original sticker

As Plod says, the sticker is the only "chassis plate" fitted - so if it's gone then sadly so is the record of your chassis number.

You could just have some fun with the replacement sticker, I bet very few people read the serial numbers anyway - why not add your name or anything else that takes your fancy. Could be a talking point at the meetings and events  .
