Weston Super Mare Pageant Of Transport 30th/31st March

Signed up to this one yesterday. Voted the south's friendliest event! No booking required, just turn up. Over 1000 vehicles expected. Clubs welcome so would be good to get a couple of other C5ers going! Held on the Beach Lawns on Weston seafront. 11-5 both days, or 11-3 one day minimum

Though I am looking at buying an MX5 this week so no idea how I'll get it there!

That's a good question... Tow it? ;-) As it stands I think we'll be doing the sunday but not the saturday as I'm working, even if you can't bring the C5 it could be worth a day out though as it's free entry etc!

Definately! I spoke to the guy who organises it and he said he hadn't seen a C5 there before... and what I love about showing one is the reaction they get from people. You can have a row of gleaming MG's, restored Rovers and military vehicles worth thousands of pounds, but 99% of people look at a C5 and say "Wow! Haven't seen one of them in YEARS!!!"... it's a crowd pleaser 

What makes it better is that my two are complete opposites so it doesn't just look like there's a pair of them. One is all accessories... mirrors, indicators, hi viz, horn, seat cushion, side panels... the other is completely bare and basic  Would be good if there are any other C5ers that fancy going though!!
