Front Wheel

Hi

I have now recieved my C5 from Holland 

now i have to take it apart, and upgrade it.

i have some trouble with the front wheel.

i can see that the front wheel uses a 12" tyre, but when i meassure the rim size i get i to 8". my plan is to find a wheel hub motor and mount it instead of the original front wheel, but what size shald the wheel hub motor have 8 or 12"?
