Wiring - Where do we start?

Dear forum,

We have recently bought a Cinclair C5. As a STEM club, we are renovating it. However, when it comes to the electrics we are totally lost about were to start and what to do. All we know is that the motor works, because we tested it using a volt meter.

Can anyone help us?
