Just for info - I normally take my dead batteries to the local tip - but a friend at work put me on to a scrap metal place that gave me £6 a battery ! Handy little extra cash :) :) :)

I'm almost tempted to offload my stash of dead Sinclair batteries that I normally use to weigh down the gazebos at our meetings and events....
