motor gear box

Just had the first run in the C5 under load the motor is running but i think the gear box is slipping when you peddle fast it picks up and runs ok until it has to work a little harder slight drag and it sounds as if it is slipping. what would come first gearbox slip or motor stall. Just a thought could it be the belt slipping.

Hi is the gearbox supported on the lip of the motor mount support.

I will have a look next week stoneleigh auto jumble tomorrow thats where i bought the C5 may find another but i doubt it.
