40 MPH C5 in todays newspaper

Saw this in one of todays newspapers, and managed to find an online version, thought you all might like to see  :)  Then again you might not, seeing as the owner says "'I’ve taken a bike and a rubbish old electric car and made a machine which looks really cool".... ::)
