Used a drill with a wire cup and a detail sander, I will sand blast it at work myself this week and update pictures, many thanks.

Did'nt get round to taking any picture's of the frame after sand blasting it because I forgot to take my camera into work, anyway had a call from the ironwork's today to say the frame is now powder coated, will go and pick it up next week and hopefully see a big difference.

Brilliant Job on that.
Would your man be able to spray a Chopper frame for me, not been able to find anyone local who was willing to do it.
Matching the paint to the exact colour is also a problem.

If he can't powder coat it (which I think he could as he has loads of colour matching cards) I could always get it sprayed in a friend's spray shop.
