Hello ALL,

Here are a video of our short trip from today and me new Test-Pilot, i must take the camera .
http://youtu.be/g6telxAHBzU

With the TOW 12V/12Ah batteries the motor have now power and the voltage don’t go down to 10.8V starting. After rolling is on 11-12V.
Only little problem is that sometimes by starting the motor I can hear a KLICK KLICK but in the first meter this disappears I think it is a  problem of the motor gear or what can it be?

So I send you also my idea for a anti robbing/using part, what do you think?

So best regards and have a nice Easter.

Thorsten

Hi Thorsten,

Regarding the clicking noise you're getting; always pedal from a standing start before using the motor and make sure that the gearbox is sitting properly on the 'tongue' that sticks out of the motor mount at the far (left - looking from the rear) end of the gearbox, like below.

the clicking noise could well be belt slip, also described like a buzzing noise ;
