They look more than a little rough, but one has a motor and you might be able to make 1 from the 2.

Or a goodbye!  Especially if the lucky re-builder is able to ride away on it!  :-\

....I'll get my coat

I still think you could build a wicked "wind in yer face" special c5 out of that one with the leg-shield chopped off  ;D

...tempting  :-\

If they stayed under £100 then i might have been tempted, but going a little bit to high for me .

After the sale closes it might very well be back up for sale in a few days.  I have seen it time and time again and sometimes they dont get anywhere near the first selling price.

i also looked at these, but there not enough info given.

from photo's it's hard to say whats missing and they do look really unloved.

might be a giggle to make a C5 trailer from the one with no leg shield - or is that me being to cruel?  ;D

There's no repairing that shell, so making it into a trailer or something similair is as good, as it would still live on in a different way.

has a to be said they have caught my curiosity, if they don't get to a too silly a price.

bit of a trip to go get them from where i live (Wickford) assuming i won them. I can also just imagine the frosty look on the ruling half's face when she see's then it dawns i actually PAID for those 'basket cases'  :o.

obviously i'm not yet conversant with the C5 chassis, but i know it has a steel backbone and superstructure sporting 2 lugs at the back, either side of the boot. so is it feasible to weld a structure allowing for a tow hitch?

the trailer idea is then fitted to a healthy C5, perhaps it might be able to carry a spare/additional battery, even a child passenger (or 2 using the trailer motor to push. it would be just brilliant for days out like we had at Brighton, we could give some of those facinated kids a short ride in it - something they would never forget i'd bet

i'd be interested in opinions

Nearly £200. Definetly too pricey for me.

A C5 trailer would look pretty cool though  :)

is getting to the silly price, sort of a gamble as your not sure if one can be made from 2 which would appeal to me, or will you end up with enough material - to make two trailers  ;D
