The tickets to allow us free entry will be posted the week before, so I tend to have them all sent to my address and issue them to those that arrive on the day.
For us, the event itself will consist of a static display where we can show our C5's , plus a demo area (usually called the "playpen") set aside for people to try a C5. My plan is for "Dave" to be used for this, I wouldn't expect anyone else to allow everyone to use their C5. You will be allowed to ride your own C5 around the playpen area - I expect the set up to look similar to that seen in the Brooklands Centenary Test Hill event. I will be taking the mini-el along as well.
I'm hoping we can get about 12 c5's there if possible, so if you can make it you'll be most welcome
There is an outside power point top allow us to charge batteries if necessary.
