The 2012 confirmed entry list is also online, but it would be very helpful if you could check it here:
http://www.aeracing.org/entry2012.php…And let me know if the information is correct. There are also a number of missing pictures, mainly because the website-based entry form was corrupting files. If your photo is missing, please reply to this email and attach it so we can update the entry list with your picture.
Please note that I have also separated the entry list for bicycle-type vehicles (that includes Sinclair C5s!) and those that won’t do 40+mph at the finish line. There will be a new-for-2012 trophy up for grabs for these vehicles that we will run on a mini sprint-track!
I can also confirm in this email that gates will be open on Friday to allow entry to people to who need to trickle-charge electric vehicles overnight. This should allow people to drive to the track on Friday afternoon, charge up on Friday night, run all day Saturday, charge again if they need to before heading home. Camping is available on-site.
Please let your friends and contacts who are interested in Alternative Fuels know that the entries are open and AE Racing is all set to GO!
