What are these ?

Hi, bought my second c5 and with it came 4 box's of loads and loads of bits. made up 3 tool box/ cases today and will spend some time sorting through the other stuff next week, if I can make out what things are. However, can someone tell me what are these ?

Like plumber says, they help stop the belt drive from slipping. There is a piccie of one fitted in this link;

...we've stopped making them now because a cable tie does the same job just as well and at a fraction of the cost  ;D;
