Lock

How do you strip the key switch and boot lock.

I now have both with no keys and would like to strip one (easier one if possible) as both from same c5 so taking a punt they are both the same key.

I will then give to my local locksmith from work to get one key cut.

Thanks Michael.

  • You don't have to be mad to own a C5, but it helps

Hi Micheal,

Have a word with Chas, I do belive that if you send him your lock he can supply a key. Or he can cast one for you.  ::) ;D :P

All stripped, now just waiting a trip to our locksmith to get a key cut.

It was relatively straight forward. No guidance or manuals needed.

Key now cut and working.
No need to remove tumblers either.
