Chain Tensioner and chain required
« on: 29, September, 2010 - 16:24:30 »
Anyone have a chain tensioner and a non-seized chain for sale at a decent price?  That's basically all I now need to put my other C5 on the road as well.

Cheers lads.  I'll pay a visit to Halfords.

Sorry Marc - I reckon you're asking too much for your tensioner too. :-\  There was one went a week ago for a tenner less and I believe it used the same photo as you are using.  Oh, got the module by the way, but haven't got testing it yet.  cheers.

Who is this Adam Harper fella?  I've seen a few references to him.  Is he selling new/old stock?  Is he ex-Sinclair?

Adam Harper used to work with Sir Clive during the development of the Sinclair C5, and bought sinclair vehicles and all the stock from Sir Clive 25 years ago when it all went a bit wrong, he is the only official sinclair dealer that still can supply spares etc that are new old stock, he is off line at the moment, but this is the link when he is back again:-

Ah!  Cheers Andy.
Oh, I bought a couple of those chains from Halfords Yesterday.   Rock 'n'  roll!  This forum, and site in general, is a great resource.
