Dose this battery look like an original Sinclair C5 battery, it dose not look original to me :-\ :-\

Not original but could well be one made by another company with the C5 fitting arrangement.

The original Sinclair C5 batteries were made by Oldham and were white in colour . Adam Harper obtained some replacements that were red , you can see one in this link;

My battery looks identical to the red one, but mine is black

It isn't marked as either 038 or 015, it was supplied by "Sinclair Vehicles" before Adam Harper took time out and was sold as a remanufactured copy of the original Oldham item.
