rear brake shoes

Anybody got a set of rear brake shoes going spare??????????
Mine are now on their last legs, so i'm on the look out for new or part used ones

I have got a large amount of spare (no brake shoes!!) so i could swap parts if that' s any help

Have you had them apart ??
Does the Cam that opens them out move freely ? and spring back when the brake is released ?
