Fezza what make and model is the pram and I wonder if you can buy spares? Very interesting idea especially if the metal gearbox pans out making 24v and working brakes even closer :)

another 'slant' i'd suggest, is to use a C5 motor on the buggy - and flog it to lazy roller skating chav mums  ;D.

the wheel if available as a spare would obviously be very interesting (assuming similar in original C5 size), but the forks would be of little use imo due to the angle of the pivot, any conversion would still require lugs to be welded to the original forks.
