Another pod question

Can any one help i have got my c5 working perfect,good battery good control box good pod  all working 100% perfect but when i put my spare pod on the c5 it only works for 2 mins and beeps the battery is flat which is not correct what is the fault in the pod i wonder is it the dreaded ula chip? ??? ???

press the motor button and all the led on the left hand side apart from the outside amber lights flash continoulsy until i dissconnect the battery.but with another pod on all perfect can anyone help thanks marc.
