I ve just connected a battery to the  C5 and nothing ,no  pod lights no motor or lights battery is well charged and was connected the right way through the battery top and key switch, help!!!

Hi If you have access to a meter check you have 12v between the blue wire - and the brown wire + in the control box -this will confirm the key switch is ok - next check the two fuses are ok -Marty

Thanks marty only got a basic continuity tester but will have a go with that , both fuses are ok

I agree with Marty, those keyswitch assemblies can be a bit of pain (thats why we made the c5alive wiring kits).

I'd spray the workings of the switch with contact cleaner/wd40 etc and give it all a good wiggle..

Karl didnt you make a harness without a pod and control box using a relay at one time? I would be interested in buying that if you made one up .Meanwhile wd40 and wiggling. ;D
