hi all
What do you think about fixing one of these to the c5:

I want to fix it (either clamp or weld) so that Luke can come C5'ing with me and not have to sit on my lap!
Fees-able? possible? stupid?

Fezza did something similar, in that he attached a bike trailer to a c5 - don't think he used it for transporting his offspring though :-\
-
I wonder if those rear wheels could be adapted for a c5 ??
They look about the same size ;D

a 12V c5 can hardly pull itself along, let alone a trailer. The plastic transmission might thus be overstressed

I looked at the possibility of using something similar to help transport camping equipment or supplies if going on a long C5 trip.
Apart from fixing, a downside i could think of was the extra pedalling effort required.
Could be an option though :)

The tent and supplies would be needed when waiting 8 hours for the battery recharge?
A long trip and a C5 are surely mutually exclusive realistically. Youl could actually achieve greater distances walking if you factor in the recharge time.

This one worked ok, although it was a 24v c5 8);
