Hi all just stripped down the C5 it's on youtube check it out .....When it was brought it looked ok but as you can see it's in a mess and needs a restoration ...Also started to rearrange the wiring and going to have some base  plates cut out  .You will also see that the main frame  and the back arch have been sanded down and painted ...

Ps notice the bracket welded to the LH side of the rear 'hoop' No idea what it was for ?  ???

Just a couple of photo's on the C5 conversion ..Checking out the holes for the bolts and the cut out for the cog ...The axle in the photo is not the one that I will be using Its down for the fitting of the disc brake and a new bearing ...Also fitted a fan to the  new motor that I will be using .

Just done a little work on the C5 24 volt ...Also just made up a 24 volt safety cable with higher amp cables and smaller cables for 12 and 24 volt out puts so you can run the lights/indicators horn and the fans on 12 volt.....

The wiring has  now been completed after adding another fan ..
Tested the UNI 8 24v CONTROLER and it works a treat ,,

Just finished the 24 volt all it needs is 2 new Batteries and a good run ...

Now that I have finished this restoration / conversion to 24 volt . I have just collected another one to do the same for Paul .Only this one has no indicators and mirrors .at the moment ....
