Hi there,
Mike Green pointed me your way, as I've just completed the reverse engineering of the ZX Spectrum ULA.
Seeing these images reminds me of the excitement I felt when I got those of the 6C001E ULA...
I've got some information on the 'G' Digilin ULA, bit not much as there is little technical information in the Ferranti archives held by the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester. Mostly their files are marketing and accounts info...
I had to work out the structure of the 6000 series ULA, and calculate the resistor values from the images. I will gladly help in this respect, having already gone through he process.
I am still trying to get as much ULA info as possible to compile a useful ULA knowledge base. My Spectrum ULA book contains much of what I know so far.
Let me know if you want me to outline my back-annotation proceedure, and how I verified my schematics (all very manual but fun!)
Chris
