The numbering system of American  Number  plates,Each state issue a motorist a serial that stays with that person as long as they live in that state, . So  are not age related and move on to the next  Car They Purchase ,When a person moves from one state or to another, they are normally required to obtain new Number plates issued by the new place of residence.

Vanity Plates Are Cheap (private Plates) not like over here ...

I bought a great number plate surround in Tulsa OK but it was too small for UK plates unfortunately
It read" If you don't like my driving stay off the sidewalk"
