Won't LEDs look a little out of place on something as old as a Sinclair? ;)

The one on the left is a standard bulb, the other one is LED. Not the same one that Plumber is using but very very bright and white light, his one also has a strobe mode, by swtiching on and off once ...

That actually looks quite good. I was expecting it to give out a strong blue colour.

Any chance that the stronger bulbs would end up effecting the wiring if the bulbs get too hot ?

Led bulbs use less current than standard - so even though they are brighter they don't get as hot  ;)

I think the led bulbs draw so much less power they don't ever get anywhere near as hot as a normal filament bulb, so the headlight unit should in theory be even safer....unless it all shorts out and gets melted like it did once on "moneypit"  :o
