hi All

Took dave out for a mini run earlier, which went well! Got back, and found that it wouldnt switch to "off" in the centre position.

I pulled the battery, and saw the relay had come out of its housing (next to the horn)

Put wires back on, just dead in any position!

Is the relay buggered? Have i done something wrong? (Am i missing something?)

All help appreciated! Thanks :) :)

Ok, the relay is buggered :( Think it didn't like being whacked by the battery!

Time to drag my bottom down to maplin...

Sorry to hear that Mike - should be an easy replacement if you can't get one have a word with Karl on Sunday he might be able to source one.

Went to Maplin, they only had 40A ones, and i think the one I took off is 75A. Similar connectors but not identical.

Karl if you read this, any chance you can bring along another on sunday? :)

Karl

Computers back up...and I got your message on the mobile.

I'll bring the relay, fuses and tube as requested  ;)

See you tomorrow  8)
