As you can see I'v just started another restoration and a conversion to 24volt for Paul ..

You are right Karl I need to do more restorations ....

Anyway here is a bit more of the same .Frame sorted out and front metal wheel and steering bar fitted
..





The back plate made up with the back brake caliper fitted

Thanks but what you cannot see is the slot  under the axle cut out and bent down to direct the air up to the motor .... but it will still need a powerful fan that I have and it's rated at 120 cf/min ...

Just added a few things on to it ...New/back and front brake cables. The speed controler and also wired up the motor and fitted the heat senser  that will cut out all the power if it gets to hot And you will see a new chain and chain tensioner with guides to stop the chain from coming off ....Also connected the controler up to the batteries and tested the wiring it all worked well
Will be working on the body next .

Just cleaned the body and it looks great ...and fitted it to the frame and did a little work on the electrics ..
