Hi there,

Does anybody know the maximum dimensions for Battery size that will fit in the C5 without making body modifications and without using the original battery cover/ignition??

If you take a browse through the "Tried and Tested" section you'll see links to some of the batteries we have used, the spec of the Halfords batteries does include their dimensions. It should give you some idea of the space available. This thread by Umpa shows one of the largest batteries we have used;

You'll need to remember to leave some room for your feet as the pedals go round .
