boot lock

ive found a boot lock that fits the c5 boot....it's a locker lock....27mm.....if you use a old pod washer and drill out the centre with a cone cutter to make it bigger and put it on the lock....inside the boot use a big metal washer and the nut that comes with the lock....and there you have one nice boot lock.....they come with 2 keys....not bad for a plumber..lol

I've just tried one of these out on Steve's C5;



You do need to bend the "lever" part a little to ensure the boot is held firmly shut , but they are nice and cheap and do the job. I'm really pleased with them

you got a vendor link for these, only one i can find is for one lock @ 17mm.

i've lost the key to the original C5 and the Yellow on did not have a bot lock at all.
