Brooklands Double 12 : Sunday 19th June 2011

We've been invited back to Brooklands for the Double 12 event, the plan is to send "Challenger" and the c-5000 up Test Hill 

More details nearer the time .

This event is very close !

If anybody wants to bring their c5 along and put on a static display, similar to the September Vintage cycle event, please let me know sooner than A.S.A.P ! I need to know numbers by Monday.

I shall be taking Challenger and Voodoo along with electricDave and his c-5000 . We are scheduled to take part in the Hill Climb on the Sunday (its a two day event,but we're only going for the Sunday )

The "Double 12" really is a top event and well worth visiting

Quite an event packed with exotic sports cars , both new and old, plus a visit from Royalty. All good stuff.

This year the c-5000 will be going up Test Hill as well as Challenger so plenty for the crowds to cheer at

We'll be having a small static display plus the two "modified" c5's to send up Test Hill.

Me and my family will be coming allong at some point with the c5, will be paying at the gate due to me forgetting about the date of this event and not putting my name down sooner

Hi "blackprojects", in answer to your query yes I was at Brooklands on Saturday 

Keith's c5 needed a little TLC (after an incident with an air compressor  ) so I sorted that out and then gave John's C5 a once over while I was there as well 

As always, going to Brooklands was a real treat and somewhere I really enjoy visiting

will I be able to get my C5 on site if we park in the visitors car park?, or is there an exhibitors entrance we could use? or am I just limited to the visitors entrance due to me not getting my name down on the list earlier?


I'm starting to worry that I wont be allowed on site with the c5 because im classified as a 'visitor'

peck - no worries mate, I spoke with the organisor today and he confirms even though you are paying at the gate you will still be granted access to the site in order to park your c5 up on our display.

They have asked that we be on site for 9am though.
