Not saying it is contagious but there is a sub hobby travelling round some members of the forum  ;) Brought this new toy at the weekend MGF 1.8 VVT 1996 - full service history / headgasket replaced etc :

Drove it home from Devon and it was amazing fun - Planning to get it tip top over the coming years (decades !)

Hi Marty,

looks like a good clean example. Out- and inside look impeccable, how's it below?

These are very rare here, but there's one, in BRG, just up the road from me in very good condition.

Been tweaking the MG a fair bit - this weekend I stripped out the interior and door trims and swapped them for red leather ones - I think it looks much better :

It looks ace.  I love the look of the early MGF's. I think these were the best with the black screen surround.

Will you be going to the MG car club event with it this year at Silvetstone?

radiomarty

Many thanks chaps - Pso buzz yes indeed we are looking forward to the MG Live event  :)

Can't wait to see it done  ;)

I love the red trim, the great thing about MG's is that they are tinkering machines and you can get a ton of bits for them. This one is mine:
