Heaton Park this Saturday 12th Jan

Hello all

I have not had my C5 very long and friends have been asking for a go on it.

We are going to go to Heaton Park in Manchester late morning for some C5 fun. (Weather permitting!!)

Just wondering if anyone fancies coming along?

Lance I know you are in the area, fancy coming along?

As tempting as it is, thought of riding my C5 for a couple of hundred miles puts me off a bit, but hopefully there's somebody closer ;-)

Could have made it Sunday, but not Saturday unfortunately. Last time I was in Heaton Park I did thnk that certain psarts of it would make a great C5 racetrack.

I would have come along, but having just moved house and boxes everywhere, the C5 is waiting to have the 24 v kit fitted that I bought before Xmas, time is against me to have it ready for sat am, but I will come along for the next one

I'll be on a run of 12hr day shifts so wont be able to come along

Hahaha.  . That's funny.  It's not really an event just meeting some friends who want to have a go on my C5 and wondered if anyone wanted to join us.

Hello All

Well the first C5 run of 2013 is now over, what a huge success it was too.

Thanks to Lance and his boys for coming and doubling the number of C5's on show.  I need to report multiple C5 grins throughout this event and lots of second third and fourth glances from people who just witnessed it!

Lance was the first person I spoke to last year for advice on buying a C5 so it seemed fitting that he was the first person I met on my first ever C5 run.

We had some amazing comments and even some hardcore scally saying that C5's are sick (which is a compliment!!)

So a good day had by all I think, as Lance said a bit cold but very well worth it.

I think a North West run meet  in the summer would be lots of fun so if anyone is interested in getting together later in the year please let us know.
