;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Aren't you going to have threads on the plates?

Threads? As in pour and air holes?  ???

KarlG

Threads on the plate not in. Threading to screw the rods on.  :)

danny7147

That's interesting, are yours threaded? My flag and poles (originals) are just push fit!

Mine are just push fit too.

KarlG

OK! mine are not original they came from Slovenia years ago. Both rods are tapped one has a metal plate and the other from pexilas. They've been tapped on the lower end for an aerial connection.

Okay, first 'test' mould complete. Not bad, only did half of it to test colour/plastic/mould etc... needs a little bit more work, but opinions of it so far? Apologies for the bad quality photos by the way, my camera hates fake light so night's the worst time to use it  ::)

Due to the bad resolution it's hard to get a good impression of it, but the "REAR" is actually very crisp, and the jagged edge is only caused through me moulding one half and not two...

Lancealot

Not bad for the 1st attempt. Keep up the good work.

GREAT  :o :o they look original (hope they are the ones you made as I don't want to make the same mistake ::) ::)

Have you started the light lenses or is that too early at this stage

danny7147

Too early, and yep that is the copy lol! I need to get this right before I start on the next one, but it's proven it can be done :)
