I reckon the boot was really designed too carry your bud home from the local spar, ideal for caryring about 12 bottles and probably keeps cool aswell  thats why my parents did'nt want me having one when I was 14

I prefer to carry the beers in the spare battery footwell...and save the boot for my "after pub big eats" - you can fit a chinese takeaway for two in a c5 boot

Joking aside, its best to use the boot for carring tools, a pump, puncture repairs, a kneeling mat etc
