My "mini-el" and one of my Sinclair C5's will be on display in the micro-car section at this years show :------->  http://www.ardinglyvcvshow.org.uk/

It's not easy getting a space at this event, but I'm hoping to eventually get a proper C5alive display at future shows here. There is usually a large crowd so a good opportunity to "spread the word" about Sir Clive's finest plastic trike  :D

For those that have not been before, it is a massive show and well worth a visit     ;)

Karl

My vehicle pass for this event has arrived , so I will be there  ;D

Martin might be attending on the Sunday as well, so if you are in the area - pop in and say hello  ;)

Good Luck today

Hope everything goes well

I think you are guaranteed a winners medal in the Gazebo Origami Class  ;D

Karl

so far so good... ;D

The threatened rain failed to appear..,which was nice, plus the C5 and the mini-el attracted a lot of attention.  I've been talking so much I've got a sore throat, hopefully a few beers and a kebab will sort that  8)

Back tomorrow for day 2 of the event  :-*

Some photo's from today, taken before the show opened so there's no people walking past getting in the way  8)

Quite a varied collection of vehicles, plus there are autojumble and various trade stands.

I also met a nice gent who makes electric locomotives using Sinclair motors....and throws away the gearboxes  :o :'(

Having had a word, hopefully from now on he will dispose of them in my direction  ;) If that happens, today will have been very worthwhile  ;)

For some weird reason, the really small caravan was my favourite !   Although I also loved the Bond Bug...and the jeeps....and the army lorries.. :P
