Its not that scary really, I dont touch the A142 at all, it was a mistake by the paper. I know they are low down but I beleive that if a driver cant see you then they are not really looking which is a driver training problem, mine when they hit me but I dont think that should put me off using it all the time.

I quite agree mate, I always reply that we're higher off the ground than the white lines painted on the road and drivers can see them ok

The problem we have is that people dont really look, its quite worrying some times as they drive past my place which is a 30mph zone at nearer 50mph, I dont want to sound racist but I pass the local veg factory and they employ alot of eastern europeans which is proved that they are the worst drivers in europe, first frost we have, the first car in the 8ft ditches are from poland! The funny story this morning was that I told the reporter not to park on the road as at 6.45am there is an audi and a subaru that race each other to work past mine and said they would hit his car, he moved it and at 6.45 the audi was winning this morning! he did think i was crazy but hi viz vest helps, need to get a flag I think!
