C5 CENTRE CAPS

Hi all had a little time on my hands so decided to make some centre caps . As you can see they look OK .The only thing is the 3 screws holding them on ,but it's the only way I could do it , but unlike the original ones you would not loose these ones .. (The screws are chrome plated brass so no rust )

As you can see I have not used an old Centre cap ...

They may look flat but they are not they are concave just like the original ones

just a thought.

If you glue a small piece of tin plate on the rear of the covers you could then just place a neodymium magnet on the extremity of the axle,  this way you can do away with the screws.    These magnets are readily available, in all shapes and forms, in the IN.

Whatever happens only use a small magnet otherwise you'll never get the cap off.
