Hi there Luke they are fitted to new C5s there should be 2 plugs that fit in the rubbers to Finnish them off .But they are also for stabilizeing the back and the Hi Viz masts ...And they look great ....

1 set of Hi Viz rubbers received, please send details for another 2 x sets of Hi Viz rubbers.
