I'll double check with Steve that the big bus is available and then do a count up of how many C5's are going to be squeezed in  ;)

I'm sure we can get something sorted, don't worry  8)

Karl

I've checked with Steve and, as certain as it can be, the big bus is available for this run.

The big bus can hold four C5's ,which will be the following ;

Steve's
"Dave"
Ray's
Umpa's

Ray/Umpa - you can leave your trailers at my place, are you still driving yourselves to Clapham Common or do you want to catch a lift in the bus ?

My MPV will be used as a support vehicle by "Whitevanman" Phil ,with "Elmo" as co-pilot. Paul Bunce will remember this motley crew from the London-Brighton run....

A quick check of those I think will be attending ;

Angie
Me
Steve
Kurt ?
Ray
Paul Bunce
Keith (using "Dave")
Umpa
Lee B
Alan 1310 ?

plus Matt and his crew (see earlier filming post)

If we all make it it will be quite a crowd  8)

Umpa

If there is room I could do with a lift in the bus, Julia (the boss) is taking Mark (son) to the science Museum so a lift from your house would be great.

If I can leave the trailer at your place,one c5 could come in the bus and I will take the other in the car.
Trevor Bunce will be with me.Or if the car parking in london is not to bad,I will leave the trailer with the car?
Looking forward to the day.

Daft question where do you leave your cars?

...usually at the start point, which is normally the finish point as well. But for this run we are being different. The cars will be left somewhere near the finish point close to the Royal Albert Hall.

and how will the c5s get to the start lol

..mate you are clearly struggling with this (and it is explained in my earlier post) ::),  you should ease off the fizzy stuff before typing ;D

1) We drive our cars to the start point and unload our C5s.

2) The c5's are left at the start point, with someone keeping an eye on them, and we drive our cars to the finish point.

3) We park our cars at the finish point and get driven back to the start point, using my mpv, to commence the run.

The point of this is to allow those with longer journeys the chance to leave a bit earlier if they want to once we finish at the Royal Albert Hall. For those that want to carry on, there is the option of exploring Hyde Park etc.We can go off individually or as a group - whatever we want.

Makes things a bit more flexible, especially for those who are travelling such a long way. 8)

Looking forward to this run :)
