Motor Armature bearings snapped off.

Hi,
My motor armature bearings have snapped off. I'm guessing there is nothing I can do to fix it and will need find a new motor. Any advise on if I can fix it or finding a replacement motor would be helpful thanks.

Hi,

It's a bit unclear when you write that the bearing has snapped off. A photo of the damage, or damaged part would help. Motor bearings are available, that is if it's just the bearing. Or is it that the bearing shaft has sheared?

Sorry I mean the shaft has snapped off. I did post some pictures of the damage but I can post more if you can't see it. Thanks

Hi- this is a fairly common failure point - you will indeed need a new armature assembly - if not a new motor - Would be worth contacting Chas as he may have some spares - Marty
