Here are the first pictures of my c5 that I paid £100 on eBay for.

She has had a hard life but I am going to try and bring the old girl back to life! (No name yet) :D

It came with a odd wheel so I removed it first thing!

I have a small budget so am guessing this wont be a quick project lol

I have removed the frame from the body and have already learnt my first lesson in removing the handlebars I was trying to remove it wrong I now think  and believe I have lost/broken it as when it slides back in it does not move the wheel after much frustration it suddenly came loose by twisting(nothing has snapped or broken though!! I think but can come back to that (I have added photos lastly of the parts if anyone has any advise concerning this?)

Here are new Pictures of progress I have sanded down and applied 3 coats of primer/ rust beater to the frame

Its fine. Mine did that, and I just had to screw it in really tight. Good Luck!

..it's looks to be in a fairly reasonable condition compared to some that we've seen on here  ;)

I do have a few rear wheels left, but not many (especially after my performance at Brooklands  :P) - if you're interested let me know.

Umpa

You never did that in your bedroom surly ?

Benniz

Thank you for the positive feedback karl :D

And Yes Umpa surprisingly so far I have!

I don't have a shed/workshop as we speak so I have had to do the work in my flat

removed it from the body outside but all the sanding/repainting has all been done inside :D
