i happen to live in this area, so i have wrote my comments on the palpable excuse offered by th controller regarding 'necisarry paperwork' to the Basildon Recorder.

i can comment as an experienced cctv installer, the cars system uses ANPR and a digiital recorder (DVR) backed up by GPS for evidential needs, so what paper work is so urgent to break the law? wil they need blue lights?

i expressed this (sorry for the pun) in order to raise the heat on this sub-contractor - and also because i'm a real 's@*t' when i'm annoyed by hypocrites screwing the public in the guise of law enforcement .

if they really wanted to have credibility (instead of our incredibility) and so support, then they need to tell the truth - end of!!!
